You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image, and likeness), messages, notes, text, information, music, video, advertisements, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the "User Content"). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. You are solely responsible at your sole cost and expense for creating backup copies and replacing any User Content you post or store on the Site or provide to the Company.

When you post User Content to the Site, you authorize and direct us to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the User Content on the Site. By posting User Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such User Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, on or in connection with the Site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

Contest is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Upon completion of contest, Top Cruise Club will post the winning photo on Top Cruise Club's forum. It is the sole responsibility of the individual who entered the contest to claim the prize within thirty days (30) from initial posting on Top Cruise Club's forum. The winner must provide proper documentation in order to claim prize. Top Cruise Club assumes no responsibility for any failure or inability of the applicant to access the decision of the contest or information declaring winner. Failure of applicant to claim the prize, the prize will be forfeited with no revote or redraw. Void where prohibited by law.

Cruise Prize: A 4-day, 3-night Caribbean cruise on a major American based cruise line for two (2) sharing one stateroom. Cabin category on cruise line is to be assigned by Top Cruise Club. Cruise must be taken within the time frame between September 2008 to December 2008 or September 2009 to December 2009. The cruise prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable for cash, may not be resold, and cannot be used as a partial payment toward a different major cruise line or cabin category other than that assigned. Prize is based upon availability and includes cruise fare only. Prize winner is responsible for any and all other fees applicable including but not limited to port charges, government taxes/fees, fuel surcharge, cost of transportation to and from the port of (dis)embarkation, onboard activities/excursions and personal expenses on board. Prize is subject to availability. Blackout dates apply including but not limited to all major US and Canadian holidays. Prize winner must agree to all terms and conditions of contest including the use of photo across any and all mediums. Winner will be chosen by a voting system, where other members of the Top Cruise Club Facebook group will be allowed to vote one time for one photo, all other votes will be disqualified. Once the voting period ends, the votes will be tallied and the winner shall be final. Odds of winning depend entirely on how many individuals vote for the winning picture, as well as if the individual is a member of the Top Cruise Club Facebook group and a member of Top Cruise Club. Those who are voters must be a member of the Top Cruise Club Facebook Group.
